Whittier Primary School
Whittier Primary School was built in 1950 and served as an elementary building until 1992 when the sister school concept was instituted. Elementary schools that previously housed students in grades K-6 were paired with another elementary school. Grades were then divided at each building between primary (K-2) and intermediate (3-5). Whittier's sister school is Wilson Vance Intermediate. Visit their site and see how the sister concept works.
